So Oyibos (Whites) in Naija now use Keke Napep ? While i was around 1004 flats at Victoria Island part of Lagos,saw these white guys stop a Keke Napep and board it.It is unusual because most
expatriates you find in Nigeria are mostly driven around in expensive official cars.The ones you normally see in cheap of second hand cars are the ones mostly from Asia like the Indians,Chinese...So it's surprising to see European looking expatriates riding in a Keke Napep.It comes as a surprise too because this was on a weekend,so it could not be due to traffic hold up.
In Nigeria it is mostly the low income earners that use this means of transport.
