Final Report on Air France Plane that crashed in 2009 to be released

The final report of investigation into  the crash of Air France flight 447 is planned to be released on the 5th of July.

The plane which was carrying 228 passengers and crew crashed into the Atlantic ocean on  the 1st of June 2009 killing everybody on board. It was flying from Galeao international airport in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Charles de Gaulle International Airport in Paris France.

The black box was was recovered 2 years after the crash in April 2011.

I hope the Dana airways plane crash investigation will follow this same approach. It is very important that the same approach is followed so that further plane crashes in Nigeria can be prevented

Preliminary reports   stated that the aircraft crashed following an aerodynamic stall caused by inconsistent airspeed sensor readings, the disengagement of the autopilot, and the pilot making nose-up inputs despite stall warnings, causing a fatal loss of airspeed and a sharp descent.

Additionally, reports indicated that the pilots had not received specific training in "manual air plane handling of approach to stall and stall recovery at high altitude", and that this was not a standard training requirement at the time of the accident.
